CTET 2019 2020 Notification Exam Dates Detail

The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the latest new updates about the CTET online application starting date, admit card, exam pattern etc. CTET is basically a Central Teacher Eligibility Test in which many candidates take part every year and those who score well get selected. CTET 2019-2020 Notification Online Application Form filling process has now started.

A teacher can be a mediator between inspiration and their student to achieving success. Candidates who are willing to become a teacher in government based schools can go for this CTET 2020 online exam. After successfully clearing the examination, candidates will easily be eligible to get a job in central government schools such as NVS, KV, Central Tibetan schools, etc, schools owned and managed by State government and their local bodies.

CTET 2020 Application Fee

To enter in any examination there is a rule of application fee so candidates must have to submit the fee for CTET 2019 Online Exam, below is the description about the fee.

  • The application fee for Teacher Eligibility Test can be paid via online (debit or credit card) or offline mode.
  • There will be two papers 1 and 2. For general and OBC candidates fees will be Rs. 600/-.
  • Reserved category candidates have to pay of Rs. 300/- for both paper 1 and 2.

Admit card of CTET 2019 will be available after the successful completion of the application form. Admit card will be available from the January 2019.

CTET 2019 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Educational Qualification for Teacher Eligibility Test for Classes I-Ve (Primary Stage):

  • ed(Bachelor of Education) Graduation with at least 50% marks.
  • Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks.
  • Aspirants must pass their Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% aggregate marks and or pursuing final year in Diploma in Elementary Education, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.
  • The aspirant must passed or pursuing in the final year of Bachelor of Elementary Education (4-year) and must have passed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks.
  • Aspirants must pass or pursuing final year Diploma in Education (2 years) and Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks.
